We are always looking for coaches!
My child's jersey doesn't fit, what do I do?
If the jersey doesn't fit, do not wear it and do not wash it. Bring it into our office and we will swap it out for a jersey that fits.
I haven't heard anything from a coach, what should I do?
If the season hasn't started yet, we are still building rosters and looking for coaches. Please be patient. If you are interested in coaching, we are always looking!
Can I bring in food and drink into the basketball gym?
No, gym rules prohibit food and drink in the facility. We only allow sealable water bottles in the gym. You will be asked to discard items at the door. Please be respectful of our gym rules.
Do I need a background check to be a head coach?
Yes, if you are interested in being a head coach, a background check will be done.
What should I do if there is a disrespectful spectator at my childs game?
Here is what we recommend:
- Avoid confronting hotheaded parents.
- Politely ask an over-excited parent to tone it down.
- Band together with other team parents.
- Find an official or a site coordinator to deal with out-of-control behavior.
- Stay positive, even when other parents show poor sportsmanship.
Unfortunately, people find themselves getting too invested emotionally in the outcome of their kids games. We hold strong to a code of conduct at our facilites. Remember, your kids games is your kids, not yours.

I'm upset at the officials, what should I do?
Officiating a game is not an easy task, 7/10 officials do not make it to their 3rd year as an official due to the pressure they receive. Most of our officials are high school kids who are trying their best. Please keep in mind the officials are human, they are doing their best and remember, your kids games are not on the professional athlete level.
If you feel the need to reach out to us, first gather yourself and remember your childs games are THEIR games and not yours.
Why is their not a set date for when each season begins?
Each sport brings a different challenge. We partner with nearby cities in order to make your childs sports happen and with that takes a lot of collaboration and time to figure out locations, dates, and building rosters. Please be patient with us as we set up!
