The fee is $25.00. We do ink prints not live scan. Hours are 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Government issued picture ID is required. Call ahead for hours of availability 801.622.2800.
Drivers privilege cards are not a valid form of ID and cannot be used to obtain fingerprints.
